Meet the Air Force Aid Society

Overseeing an annual budget of $20 million and managing an endowment of more than $140 million, Kaleth O. Wright, the Chief Executive Officer for the Air Force Aid Society, helps to support America’s Airmen through the organization’s programs. A 32-year Veteran of the United States Air Force, Kaleth has led multiple organizations, concluding as the 18th Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force where he served as the senior advisor to Chief of Staff on all issues impacting over 600,000 Total Force Airmen.

Kaleth’s impressive resume includes a dynamic, engaging and motivating speaking style, a talent for teaching, coaching and providing leadership expertise to individuals at all career levels, and experience in international leadership and development of policies and programs for servicemembers and their families.
