Phill Cobb is the Branch Manager for AAFMAA Mortgage Servicers LLC in the new Texas Office located in the Addison a North Dallas suburb. His career spans over 30 years in mortgage banking both residential mortgage lending and mortgage servicing. This experience provides insight into the full cycle of the 'life' of a mortgage loan and the borrower experience. Whether a purchase, refinance or mortgage assistance, Phill has engaged with customers in obtaining or maintaining the dream of homeownership. Phill attended the University of Iowa and has served on multiple Industry committees with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, the VA and FHA. He holds the Master Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Banker Association of America.
