Jodee Neumann
Team Leader, VA Claims Coordination
Jodee currently services as Team Leader of VA Claims Coordination. She has been with Armed Forces Mutual since 2011, first serving as a Member Benefits Representative at the front desk of Armed Forces Mutual’s stately Manor House in Reston, V.A. She assumed the position of VA Claims Coordinator and was later promoted to her current role in 2014.
As Team Leader of VA Claims Coordination, Jodee ensures that Armed Forces Mutual delivers compassionate and expert VA Claims assistance to ensure Veteran Members receive the benefits they earned through military service. Jodee has completed training from the Disabled American Veterans and the National Veterans Legal Services Program to best serve Armed Forces Mutual’s Members.
Jodee’s family is her joy, but she also enjoys traveling and spending time in nature by gardening, hiking, and sightseeing. Indoors she enjoy cooking and baking and is usually working on a crafting project. Additionally, Jodee is an active member of her neighborhood and volunteers at various local events.
Prior to joining Armed Forces Mutual, Jodee worked in the telecommunications. When she was called upon to assist her elderly father-in-law (retired Army LTC) with finances and military benefits, she realized her calling. Jodee is grateful for the men and women who have served our nation and finds it very rewarding to assist them with VA benefits.
