With more than seven years of experience in the mortgage industry, Candi May will continue AAFMAA’s tradition of excellent customer service leading the Customer Relations team. Before joining AAFMAA Mortgage Services, she led the ADR Mortgage customer service team. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Candi was a healthcare professional with The Diabetes Treatment Center in Richmond, Virginia, for eight years. Candi earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from West Virginia University, Morgantown.
