Melissa Pearce
Brand Marketing Coordinator
Melissa Pearce joined AAFMAA in 2023 and serves as the Brand Marketing Coordinator. In her role, she is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing marketing projects in support of AAFMAA brand initiatives. Melissa graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. While at university, Melissa was a writer and public relations coordinator for an on-campus magazine. She also contributed to community projects in the Chapel Hill area by raising funding for a youth soccer program and developing awareness of a re-use and recycling foundation.
Melissa is based in Baltimore, MD and spends her free time with friends and family. She enjoys photography when traveling somewhere new, as well as spending time outdoors for a hike or yoga.
Prior to AAFMAA, Melissa held positions in Marketing and Public Relations in the technology, insurance, and nonprofit industries.
