Dick VanSise
Manager, Support Services
Dick serves as Manager of Support Services at AAFMA and has been with the association since 1997. In his role, Dick oversees the management of facilities and services of AAFMAA’s Virginia branches. He also acts as a liaison between the Joint Base Myer- Henderson Hall Military Community and Garrison Command Group.
Dick served US Army for 7 years as a radio and teletype operator during the end of the cold war. Throughout his service, he was awarded the Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, and Driver and Mechanic Badge.
Dick earned an associate’s degree from Northern Virginia Community College, Loudoun Campus. Prior to joining AAFMAA, Dick served as Group Leader for Spherion Technology Architects at the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC.
