Who can access and take advantage of Armed Forces Mutual Living Services?
Armed Forces Mutual Members who joined the Association prior to July 1, 2000, and who have maintained a policy issued before July 1, 2000, are eligible to receive our Living Services.
What benefits are available to those who receive Armed Forces Mutual’s Living Services?
Eligible Members receive the following Armed Forces Mutual benefits: Physical and Digital Vault document storage; VA disability claims coordination; and benefits counseling, and more. You can speak with a Member Benefits Coordinator anytime for details on benefits available to you.
Why can’t I receive Living Services as a newer Armed Forces Mutual Member?

Our Membership services have evolved over time. Members who joined and secured a policy with Armed Forces Mutual prior to 2000, and who have maintained it, continue to receive certain benefits that were available when they joined. 

Rest assured that no matter when you become an Armed Forces Mutual Member, you will always have access to an array of valuable benefits to serve you and your loved ones throughout your military life, and beyond.
