Before You Apply

Gather the Following Information & Documents

The application process takes about 10 minutes to complete, if you have all the required information available before you begin. Your application session will time out in one hour, so be sure to save your progress if you need more time or want to return later. You will be asked to upload electronic copies of supporting documents like your ID and LES at the end of the application process.

Social Security Number & Date of Birth

Addresses of those to be named in your policy (Owners and Payers)

Copy of your ID (driver’s license or passport)

Documentation proving the date you joined the military or the date you began OCS/WCSA, or other advanced military training school, and a copy of your LES
