Make Sure We Can Contact Your Loved Ones

If it has been a while since you last looked at your AAFMAA beneficiary designations, please visit the AAFMAA Member Center and review your policy.

If your beneficiary’s contact information has changed, simply fill out a Beneficiary Information Form, available by selecting the “AAFMAA Forms” link under “My Documents.” If you need to change any of your designated beneficiaries, complete the Beneficiary Designation Form, which includes a beneficiary information request on the last page.

Remember, since you bought your policy to care for those you love in your absence, it’s important to keep their contact information current to ensure that we can reach them quickly when the time comes.
