President and Treasurer:
MAJ Walt Lincoln, USA, Ret., CFP
Walt joined the staff of the Association in 1992 and has served as a member counselor, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Vice President for Finance and Treasurer, and now President and Treasurer. Walt holds degrees from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. |

Secretary:
LTC Tom Hargis, USA, Ret.
Tom was appointed Association Secretary effective 1 September 2000. A distinguished military graduate of ROTC commissioned in 1970 as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Finance Corps, he retired in 1995 from active duty with over thirty one years of diversified financial management and leadership experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) and private industry. Tom holds undergraduate degrees from the Oklahoma Military Academy and Ouachita Baptist University, and a MBA in Finance from Marymount University. |

Vice President for Insurance:
CMSgt Brady Gruler, USAF, Ret.
Brady was appointed the Association's Vice President for Insurance in December 2001. After retiring from the Air Force in November of 1995 with 24 years of service, Brady joined the staff of the Association in 1995 as a member counselor. He served as Manager of Insurance Operations before becoming Vice President for Insurance. Brady is the first NCO to be appointed as an Association officer. |

Vice President for Marketing and Sales:
Lisa Milman
Lisa joined AAFMAA in 2000 as Assistant to the President, where she worked on policy issues as part of the Executive Staff as well as with the Board of Directors. She was later promoted to Director of Marketing and, in July 2002, to Vice President for Marketing and Sales. Lisa earned her Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University. She has over 10 years of sales and management experience. |

Assistant to the President:
Tiana Fallavollita
Tiana joined AAFMAA's Executive Staff in 2004. Her work focuses on Senior Management issues and coordination with the Board of Directors. She is a recent graduate of Gettysburg College, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Management, with a minor in Spanish. Tiana hopes to expand her management skills through her experiences at AAFMAA. |

Controller:
Florence B. (Maggie) Wilson
After raising her family, Maggie began her career with AAFMAA in 1974 as the Receptionist. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at George Mason University and became a Certified Public Accountant with the help of the Association's Education Assistance Program. Maggie has held several positions over the years, has received numerous promotions, and in 2004, became the AAFMAA Controller. |
